ARRIVAL TIMES

On your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment to fill out a consultation form.

If you are running late, we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. However, we may not be able to perform the full service and you will be charged the full fee.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours of prior notice.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee. For more details about our cancellation policy, please see below.

GIFT VOUCHER POLICY

All vouchers are subject to availability.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Expired vouchers are considered redeemed and will not be extended or honoured.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost and if a gift voucher is being used, the full treatment value will be redeemed from the gift voucher. In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.

If less than three hours is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment the full amount will be charged.

If you do not attend the appointment, the full treatment amount will be charged or gift voucher void or in the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.
